The Breakfast Club

I love this movie. It wasn’t what I expected—I actually thought it would be the babysitter’s club 80’s style, but it was so different. I’m glad I gave it a chance. Gooo breakfast club.

This is a photo of me and Trisha at a soiree! Note- all the fun I’m having.

soirees are funny. what they are in essence: a formalised excuse to scavenge for worthy prom dates and/or a product of your desperation to have someone other than your parents to text “goodnight, i love you” to every night. although i find it all very contrived and unnatural, it must be known that discussions in class post-soiree have 65% more giggling. i guess when you thrive in a testosterone-lacking environment (kids like sir x and the ayu very much included), you need this kind of forcible socialization.

hahaha, I love how bored you look in the picture. I’ve always thought soirees exist to make awkward adolescents feel even more awkward.

Oh well, it too shall pass. :))
